Kelsey is our social media and marketing manager who's been with us for almost 3 years. With her Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications, she is the creative mind behind every post, campaign, and story you see online. She ensures the clinic’s digital presence reflects the same professionalism, warmth, and care that patients experience in-clinic. From content strategy and community engagement to brand direction and compliance, Kelsey works closely with the Setons team to bring their expertise and values to life across every platform. Sophie is our dedicated Office Manager, the friendly face you’ll meet at reception and the driving force behind the seamless running of our clinic. Sophie works closely with external partners, assists with organising training and education, and supports our team so they can focus on delivering exceptional care.
